Highly recommended
Been using this product for around three months and have certainly noticed a difference in my overall mood. I feel a lot more relaxed and less aggressive/agitated. I take one every morning with my first meal and they usually take around an hour to take effect. Highly recommend these as part of your daily diet. Goes Well With:Water.

I've tried many protein brands in the past but someone recommended my protein. I tought it would be bad because of the low prices, but look at that! I fall asleep much faster and my muscles don't hurt as much because of their ashwagandha!Goes Well With:Whey protein

Awake for two days
Been dying to try these and finally purchased. All products from my protein are great however these had an adverse reaction rather than helping with my insomnia as stated they have actually made it worse. Been awake two days now. Within 2 hours of taking them felt almost like I had done 5 Espressos 😂 just be careful if your buying these for the same reason I did.

The ashwaganda km-66 is great, it improves sleep, increases focus and really does help reduce stress and anxiety, most think it’s a placebo but after taking it for a long period of time say about 4 months, if you stop taking it you realise the benefits you were receiving when taking it.
