What does Clear Whey Hydrate taste like?

Our Clear Whey Hydrate is a light, tasty, fruity alternative to traditional protein shakes. With three delicious flavours, Lemon & Lime, Grape, and Pink Grapefruit, it’s the perfect drink for those wanting a lighter taste to creamy protein shakes.

1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
3. Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

Mix 16g (approx. 1 scoop) with 200ml cold water. After shaking, wait for the natural foaming to settle. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
