Light and nutritious
An excellent tasting protein wafer bar. A healthier version to Kit Kat I’d say with the extra protein you need to help keep your body growing without too much extra guilt. Find bulking hard so these help get me through some days

So tasty
I absolutely love these wafer’s they are so chocolatey, less calories than any normal chocolate bar (bonus), fulfils my chocolate cravings and helps me top up my protein intake. Perfect after exercise snack.

Wafers do the job
Was advised to try the wafers by my coach Michelle Nagle in Abu Dhabi. They are a perfect smart snack with good protein and not a lot of calories. They are perfect in the office for a break or the evening to avoid candy and sweets.Goes Well With:Hot drinks
