Required improvement
So tasteless and sweet. I prefer cookie and cream flavour. Goes Well With:Banana, impact Whey cookie and cream and make a smoothie but I don't like making smoothies.

Quality product great taste.
I have tried numerous flavours and they have all been nice. Favourites are Strawberry and Vanilla sometimes even mixed.Goes Well With:Always used skimmed milk to have a milk shake style drink with less calories.

Great protein shake alongside a calorie controlled diet and wanting to keep protein intake high. I chose this one because of the added vitamins for women’s health,and low calorie when mixed with water . Mixes incredibly well absolutely no lumps at all. I do prefer the taste with almond milk , however means the calories are higher , and absolutely fine with just water. Goes Well With:Almond milk , oat milk and water . Whichever you prefer

Good protein powder
I find 150ml of water is more than enough, otherwise it’s very watery. But I like this, it’s not thick and hard to swallow like others I’ve had. It’s tasty and not heavy at all. I tried it with semi skimmed milk and it does taste better with milk. I’m yet to try with almond milk! I’m only doing short workouts, 4 months postpartum and breastfeeding. This is perfect for me!Goes Well With:Water or milk :)

By far the most foul tasting protein powder I have ever tasted very sickening taste very gritty and doesn't taste any better with milk or water if I could return I would Goes Well With:Nothing

Great product
Great low calorie shake , I mix with water to keep calories to a minimum , however I have mixed with unsweetened almond milk also and it definitely tastes better with milk than water . Helps me meet my protein target without adding a bunch of calories , so far it’s been great and quite filling .
