510/10 for this Pre workout. I haven't been able to drink pre workout before as they've always given me heartburn. This product doesn't..........Tastes really nice easy to drink.Goes Well With:Plenty off ice. I have also put this in Greek full fat yogurt.

Could be better. I get the beta alinine tingles
2This pre workout is effective. The cola flavor is not the best. I get quite strong skin tingling from the beta aline so keep this in mind if your susceptible

5It's my son's he really enjoyed the taste and texture of the powder.And is working well on his fitness regime.would highly recommended Goes Well With:He has it with natural yoghurt

I don't use anything else.
5I swear by this pre-workout: the blue raspberry tastes great, it mixes really well with water, it gives you enough of a kick to last for a good workout session (I usually do between an hour and 90 minutes) ansd it's great value for money. I've tried others, but always return to this one.

5Noticeable effect on workout compared to not taking it and easy to use. Prefer orange and mango to blue raspberry - gentler on your stomach before an early morning workout!Goes Well With:Creatine

5I’ve tried them all from Ghost to the new gummy’s but this is the strongest stuff on the market and great value for money Goes Well With:Water
