Cardboard pancakes
Want to start off by saying I purchased the unflavoured pancakes, so other flavours may differ. But honestly this mix creates cardboard, both in taste and texture. I've tried a few different ways to help, less liquid more liquid, cooking times and temperature, flavourings and each time they create dry dense bits of cardboard that my knife can barely get through. They taste of quite literally nothing and should come with a link to the Heimlich maneuver.

Super connivance
Moderate amount of carbohydrates and minimal fat. This makes it a great option for those looking to increase their protein intake without compromising on taste or convenience. Plus, it’s lower in sugar compared to many store-bought pancake mixes.

Gross 🥲
Bought this instead of the vegan mix by mistake. The vegan version is great. This one doesn't taste good and the texture is weirdly bread like. Wouldn't recommend, get the vegan version instead

Not great’
Really disappointed! My partner and I tried the chocolate and golden syrup! Both very dry and chewy. Decided to add an egg to fluff it up a little which helped but still would not order it again!

Easy mixed, easy to add additional flavour (I use unflavoured) and quick to make! A great, quick post gym snack.

Delicious
This was a great introduction to protein pancakes, the maple flavour really came through. I found I needed to add 125ml for perfect consistency. The outside does singe a bit due, most likely, to the flavouring. I also found they were a little dry, I tried cooking at different temperatures but consistently needed to add yoghurt or a drizzle to moisten them up- but all in all, will be purchasing again and really enjoy them. Goes Well With:Yoghurt, mixed berries, or extra maple syrup!

Stunning
My go to pancake mix. It’s so easy - all I add is almond milk and start frying! It’s good to get that extra protein in there whilst enjoying my breakfast.Goes Well With:Strawberries, raspberries, grapes and a little chocolate drizzle

Quick and convenient
Mixes well and good amount protein. Quick and convenient however texture isn't great. Quite tough and on its own the taste isn't the best. However when put some yogurt and fruit or honey it's fine. Goes Well With:Yogurt and fruit
