Definitely work!
Have noticed such a difference in my energy since taking these! I struggle with low iron and low B12 and can always tell when it’s getting low again (eg. Fatigue, dizziness) have had barely any of this since taking these! Goes Well With:Zinc & Magnesium Omega 3,6,9

Good B12
I have been taking vitamin B12 for a while now. It helps me sleep. I really like the vitamin B12 from myprotein. Nice and small and easy to swallow. I should like the price and the fact I can order them with my protein.
