Could be all in my head
Could be all in my head but deffo feels like aches are resolved quicker after workouts on these. I am talking alongside a diet protein powder. Worth a punt to see if you feel different.

Misinformation
There's a review saying that Mg oxide is better than Mg citrate and it's a cheaper product.. no actually oxide isn't as water soluble citrate and citrate is better taken orally
