Our Breakfast Smoothie is a great way to support a calorie-controlled diet. That’s why we’ve also included LeanBiome®, which contains a blend of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), glucomannan and chromium.

Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fibre and popular weight-loss ingredient— providing powerful support to help you achieve your weight-loss goals².

While chromium helps the body to metabolise³ the macronutrients protein, carbs, and fat — ensuring you’re making the most of your everyday diet. Plus, chromium also helps maintain normal blood glucose levels⁴ – that’s essential for your long-term health.

What does Breakfast Smoothie taste like?

Our Breakfast Smoothie is available in three of our favourite fruity flavour combinations — Blueberry and Apple, Mango and Passionfruit and Strawberry and Banana. And, if that wasn’t sweet enough, they’re made with real fruits, to pack a tasty punch.

1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

2. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.

3. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

4. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) [Contains Emulsifiers; Sunflower Lecithin, Soya Lecithin] (71%), Oat Flour (12%), LeanBiome® (8%) (Fructooligosaccharides, Glucomannan Konjac, Chromium Picolinate), Avocado Oil Powder, Flavourings, Mango Juice Powder (2%), Passionfruit Juice Powder (2%), Colour (Carotenes), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).
