Menopause is what marks the end of a woman’s menstrual cycle, which generally occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. It happens when the body no longer produces enough hormones that causes a period.

Evening Primrose Oil
Traditionally, evening primrose oil has been popular among women experiencing PMS and hormonal irregularities. It is made from the oil of evening primrose seeds that are native to North America. The seeds, leaves, and roots of the plant were eaten by Native Americans for its health properties.

Yellow Maca Root
Maca, also known as Peruvian ginseng, is a plant famous for its nutritional content. In recent years in particular, Maca has been involved in studies relating to menopause, fertility and mood.⁴

Soy Isoflavones 
Some clinical studies have set out to explore whether there is a link between soy isoflavone supplementation and hot flashes caused by the menopause.⁵

Hops Flower Extract
Hops contain a component called 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN), a potent phytoestrogen. Hops have been clinically studied to determine if there are relationships with menopause symptoms like hot flushes.⁶

Sage Leaf Extract
Sage leaf is an evergreen sub-shrub, native to the Mediterranean. It has been studied to determine any links between its supplementation and occurrence of hot flushes as a symptom of menopause.⁷
