Game changer
This product absolutely improves mood! I’ve struggled finding a supplement to help improve low mood, but this definitely does the trick. Takes about 7 days to feel the full benefit and using 200mg a day but well worth it Goes Well With:Ashwaganda

Excellent quality
I've started to take 5-HTP when i had problems with my sleep. I was really agitated during the night and after 1 month of using 1 pill before sleep, my cycle fixed and i can now sleep better on a continuous 8 hours flow.

Great for helping with menopause symptoms
Amazing product as usual with My Protein. Great value for money, good amount of clear product information. It’s easy to take & digest. Good stuff
Decided to give this a go as its fairly cheap for 3 months supply, and jesus is it good, its nothing at all like a normal sleeping tablet, you just drift off naturally, go into a really deep sleep, and wake up normally feeling so refreshed. I can wake up in a morning and just get straight out of bed, awake and ready, instead of putting my alarm on snooze for ages cos im too sleepy to get up. I have NEVER slept as well as i do when ive had one of these, they have been an amazing help and i cant praise them highly enough.

I swear by HTP works brilliantly as a kind of mood stabaliser. Capsules have gotten a lot bigger all of a sudden which isnt the end of the world.Goes Well With:A good nights sleep and ZMA
