I tried summer fruit and peach, very good taste. Peach is my favorite. I use a blender, because otherwise there are lumps. Goes Well With:Water and ice.
New to the whole BCAAs thing. Honestly it’s hard to say if it’s doing anything for me but the peach iced tea tastes great! I was getting those extra reps in and lifting abit heavier. Can’t say if it’s helped with muscle ache since I only purchased a sample, can’t find the bigger portion of peach iced tea but MP need to make it on a bigger scale because the taste is I won’t be purchasing a different flavour in bulk incase I don’t like it and it’s too pricey to keep getting samples Goes Well With:Water

The Active Woman BCAA flavoured powder is a no from me. After trying the Summer Fruits sample on its own with water, and having a slimey artificial taste - I gave it the benefit of the doubt, and tried mixing it with a post work out fruit smoothie , with strawberry protein. The flavour of the BCAA overpowered my smoothie so much that I ended up pouring it down the drain and making a new one before going to the gym! But hey - that's why there's samples!! Perhaps the way forward is with the plain flavourless powder which I have yet to try. However I have started BCAA in general from MyProtein -- and noticing the results now after 10days! I'm a runner and weight trainer - and the biggest notice for me, as been the power and energy in my runs.... and an increasing speedy notice in the muscle definition in my legs and abs. So definitely give BCAA a try -- just maybe not Active Woman summer fruits!
