We recommend 1 scoop mixed with 300 to 400ml cold water. After shaking, wait about a minute for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful yet translucent and refreshing protein drink

I'm genuinely not overeating this product it is actually 5 stars, i desided to get the watermelon flavour and its amazing how much it tastes like watermelon, it's the strongest taste of watermelon I've ever tasted in a drink. It mixes very well and is good for that exstra protein. I Highly recommend.Goes Well With:Water
