Really works
I’ve been really silly and damaged my nails with extensions and uv polish. This has left a long term damaging effect on my nails. They were really brittle and doing a small job would them have them breaking right down as the nail was so thin. I honestly can’t believe the difference since starting them. My nails have started to grow again and are getting stronger and harder. I didn’t buy to help hair or skin but the vitamin has made my skin glow and look fresh. My hair has been shinier after washing and styling better. I’m happy with my order and I’ll be ordering again on a regular basis to go along with my other My Protein supplements.

My hair has never been as healthy
Bought these to try, iv never been happy with my hair skin or nails. Started a new skin care routine which helped my skin but my hair has been driving me mad for years so dry, brittle, frizzy and unmanageable even after a cut so i though get these worth a try at least. Before using these my thick(flat and unmanageable)hair had been thinning but Within 2 weeks my hair has never ever been so healthy, it's manageable, soft and iv never loved my hair so much everyone I know has commented on how good my hair now looks. I notice a difference in my nails too since taking these skin I can't comment of these helped or not as I had gotten into a good skincare routine so my skin was looking better anyway. Love these my new favourite have advised so many people to get them.Goes Well With:Collegen tablets

OMG....I rarely write a review but this is so worth raving about. I have told all my friends about it as well. I read a review on here for the Hair, Skin and Nails pills and it said her eyebrows grew back....mine have been over plucked somewhat and I want thick bushy brows back so thought what the heck, I'll give them a go...... They are normal sized pills (paracetamol size) and squishy so easy to swallow. I took them for a couple of weeks and in all honesty, I didnt really expect to see any difference at all but my nails really started to grow. I'm a nail biter (well I was) so this for me was amazing as my nails are always so thin and flimsy but my nails were a lot harder and growing like crazy. This was the first sign, my hair had taken a bit of a battering for some reason as well so had been trying keratin to sort it out but it wasn't making a difference. Honestly, within a short period of time, let's say 4 weeks maximum, I noticed a difference in my hair. It has definitely grown more and the quality of it has bounced back too. I haven't really used the keratin as I should have (plus it's only Pantene, not exactly professional treatments) so it has to be these pills. These might not work as quick for you (or may work quicker) to see a difference but THEY WORK. Current time....I ordered my 3rd pot so I have done 120 days on these pills and I won't be stopping anytime soon, my hair is growing which is amazing as not such a desparate need for extensions and the quality of it has gone back to what I needed it to be. My nails are looking good and I can actually wear nail varnish again and these pills gave me the boost to start having nice nails again. As for my eyebrows......I'm sorry to say there is no difference at all...can't have it all haha. Overall, I'm really impressed with these pills, they're really reasonably priced but mainly, THEY WORK. Probably best I buy in bulk after submitting this review as they might be out of stock very soon...hmmm maybe I should just keep this little golden nugget to myself haha. Honestly, I am so pleased with the product and if another person can have such a small difference make such a huge impact on them like these have me, I'm more than happy to share.

Made my skin worse!
Bought these to help grow my hair. I’ve been using them for almost 2 weeks and can’t say I’ve noticed any difference other than more spots on my face! Usually I’ll get 1 pimple a week, I currently have 3 on my face with no signs of them clearing up! I’ve not changed my diet so can only put it down to these pills!
