It's the perfect choice to provide your muscles with the protein they need for growth and maintenance,1 as each serving delivers 21g of protein – in a form that's easily absorbed by the small intestines. This makes it an ideal shake for supporting your body after a training session.
Using an expert filtration process that keeps the protein in a more natural form, there are less of the unnecessary extras in this powder – with a minimal 0.6g of fat and 0.7g of sugar per serving (flavour dependant).

Native whey isolate is great for getting a high dose of protein, and I find the isolate is a lot better on the stomach than normal whey, the taste could be improved slightly maybe with some vanilla.

Not the best protein I've had in terms of taste. Way too sweet. I opted for chocolate flavour, but just couldn't drink it because of the sweetness. Looks like I'll have to keep looking for a better powder 😏

Great flavour, works well!
Nice flavour and mixes well. I've only tried Natural Strawberry and it tastes pretty good with Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk. Some previous protein powders just didn't agree with me leaving a bad aftertaste and indigestion. Absolutely no issues with this one. Have been regularly consuming it for almost a month now and so far so good.Goes Well With:Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk

I bought this and it tastes terrible wouldn't buy again and definitely wouldn't recommend its only 2 stars because it is effective for muscle growth
