This shake has been designed to provide the protein and carbohydrate you need to get the most out of your training. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and carbohydrates promote muscle recovery† after exercise. We recommend adding 2 large scoops (60g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily calorie intake. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.

Great find
This product was EXACTLY what I wanted and needed. Simple, tasty, effective. This is now my staple post-workout shake when I'm bulking. The mix can feel slightly lumpy at times but that's because it has oats in it, which is what I wanted, and its far from being a problem. One of my favourite products so far, will 100% buy again. And again. Hint: Also excellent as an on-the-go breakfast mixed with espresso!Goes Well With:Water, milk, COFFEE.

good product just don't get unflavored
I tend to mix it with normal oats but the unflavoured one is awful. If you get this product make sure you get a nice flavour or you ll regret buying it.

So effective
After being too skinny and struggling to gain weight this protein is such an improvement from regular whey, it's helped me gain healthy weight so my legs and glutes look fuller. I have the vanilla one twice a day and love it I'll definitely be ordering it again Goes Well With:Water
