Great alternative
This powder is a great alternative to actual peanut butter, it’s fewer cslories, high in protein and mixes really well in yogurt or just with some water to make a paste. Taste and consistency is good.Goes Well With:I mix it in with yogurt or a little water to make a paste, I have also used it to make a marinade to coat chicken

Tastes just like peanut butter, goes well with both salty and sweet and lasts for a long time. I also use it with the protein delicacy in the morning, also in Asian cooking, in salad dressings, dips and desserts. A low-calorie and tasty product for those who like peanut butter.

Honestly this is A M A Z I N G. I felt it was a lot less calories compared to normal (e.g smooth peanut butter from Asda is 92 cal is 15g) as you can make it however thick or thin you like with water. Made it good to use in a lot of things like yoghurt, on top of oat bars, in cupcakes etc because of how thick of thin it is Goes Well With:Oats, yoghurts, fruit, chocolate, nuts
