These gummies taste amazing. Idk about others but to me they help me to clear my thoughts before bed so I’m not so energised and awake. I take them around 30 minutes before and I can say I get good nights sleep.

Amazing as long as they aren't a placebo
I've used these for 2 months, they're perfect for me as I've been staying asleep longer at night and even when I did wake up I was having anxiety attacks and I haven't had any of that since taking these. It could totally be the placebo affect but they have seemed to keep my mind relaxed enough to not cause any panic during the night. I even used one when I was nervous about an appointment, 30mins later they hadn't develop into anything worse like usual. I think they'll be 50/50 for everyone which is typical because you need to find what's right for you, I just hope that if you use them they'll work!
