We use it as breakfast smoothies for someone who can't eat much in the morning, protein shakes for a gym goer who has a sweet tooth and concerns over dairy content and energy for a runner with a sensitive stomach. No bloating, no typical protein powder after taste and it mixes great in a Nutribullet with oat milk and water. My go to protein powder
The vegan vanilla protein powder is my go to choice. My favourite thing about it, is how well it mixes with greek yogurt. I think it tastes like cake batter when mixed and have it every day for breakfast. Great on calories too.
