What does Protein Pancake Mix taste like?
Our deliciously light and fluffy Protein Pancake Mix is available in a range of mouth-watering indulgent flavours, including Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and Golden Syrup.
We’ve also got our extremely versatile Unflavoured too, providing the perfect base to build and top as you wish. So you can be good or just plain naughty!

How do I prepare Protein Pancake Mix?
- Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
- Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
- Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
- Cook on the first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula
- Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
- Serve with a choice of toppings.

Lovely and easy pancakes
I love these vegan pancakes. I always get the maple flavour. It's not too sweet and is nicely flavoured. The powder mixes well with water - just start with less liquid to make a thick paste then add more liquid to get to the thickness you like. If you make thick pancakes you'll need to keep the heat down to get the middle to cook enough. Goes Well With:Peanut butter and jam :)

This mix is so easy to use, although I make the mix thicker so the pancakes are smaller. The mixture is very easy to mix with no lumps. What a great product for a vegan, or anyone else......Goes Well With:Coffee for breakfast

I love how quick and easy these are to make. I found the mixture a little dense on its own but find with some blueberries or chopped strawberries mixed in before cooking they are amazing!! Goes Well With:Blueberries mixed into the mixture

Quick & easy delicious pancakes
Excellent quality, delicious, quick & easy fluffy pancakes every time. Powder mixes really well into milk. Lovely light and fluffy texture with a lovely flavour that isn’t artificial at all. Goes Well With:Almond milk, soya milk, coconut milk. Sugar free maple sauce.

Great stuff
Great product which mixes easily to make fluffy delicious mini pancakes, we use this daily to make our breakfast which we we've with Greek yoghurt and Blueberries. Very tasty. Goes Well With:Yogurt and Blueberries
