Small capsules barely noticeable when swallowed. Being gel capsules is so much better than the usual chalky tablets form. Packs a great punch for my 5000iu requirements only needing 2 capsules. Will definitely purchase again. My protein consistent with delivering great products

Bought for my son who swims 6 times a week so during the winter months is either at school or in the pool so not much time spent outdoors to get the required Vitamin D Level. Great size capsules and extremely easy to swallow. Great price compared to other suppliers, would recommend

Great Vitamin!
Really high dosage which is great for those who are deficient or just want to increase their D3 intake, very small and easy to take with effectively no taste. Very smooth texture so easy to take with or without water, great addition to daily supplement intake.Goes Well With:Goes well with cod liver oils, omega 3-6-9 and retinol.

Good but don't chew it
They are good but I don't think you're mean to chew them. I tried to chew one but the liquid shot out really fast and hit the side of my mouth and it hurt a bitGoes Well With:Alpha men vitamins and some iron supplements
