Plus, we have added chloride, which helps to break down proteins in your food through the production of hydrochloric acid.1

When should I use Digestion?
For best results, we recommend taking one capsule a day. It’s not good on an empty stomach, so make sure you have it 30 minutes before or after food.
What does Digestion work well with?
Make sure you’re getting other important nutrients into your diet with our Daily Multivitamin Tablets. Each one contains a blend of seven essential vitamins, including vitamin C for immune system and metabolism support.2
Take 1 capsule with or 30 minutes after food. Not to be taken on an empty stomach.

It worked for me
I'm am very much in shock. It's day 2 of using these, and when I say I've struggled with stomach issues since a child, I don't say it lightly. My life has always been about stomach aches and pains, bloat from my first meal, tight, waistbands, just generally meaning I have felt sick everyday of my life. Even the doctors have said they can't find out the reason, other than a few food sensitivities. I just live with it. As I said, day 2, no stomach ache, no pain, no bloat, no uncomfort. I'm truly shocked. I kept checking in the full length mirror to see if my stomach was still flat 😆 This has worked for me!

Great for general digestion
These are great I tend to take with either lunch or dinner, best with your bigger meal of the day, but I’m so much less bloated and I find my stomach gets bothered a lot less thank before by richer and Carbier foods

Bloat gone 👍
Just started this over week ago and already made a huge differance i get ibs and struggle to eat and had light appetite but these have totaly eased my gut bloating and can eat better couldnt even drink a protein shake before without feelin fully bloated had one today and was great no issues this is my new go to order Goes Well With:Food water

Amazing for the bloat!
I have been taking the digestion tablets for a while now as I suffer with bloating a lot and just stomach just feeling general “urgh”. Since taking the tablets I have noticed a massive decrease in the symptoms I was getting, especially bloating after certain foods that didn’t agree with me.

Effective and excellent value
Whenever on offer, these good bacteria filled capsules are the best on the market. Be patient as it takes a bit of time to start working effectively. Combined with a morning intake of soaked Chia seeds, keeps me regular and far less bloated like ever before.Goes Well With:Chia seeds

Amazing
So I suffered from anorexia 10 years ago and it damaged my digestion, this along with Ehlers-danlos syndrome and medication which can cause constipation has left everything not working as it should. I tried probiotic drinks and somehow they made the problem worse. I've been taking these supplements for just over a week and they are amazing, food moves through my system much faster and I don't wake up with food from the previous day trying to come back up, I'm a lot less bloated and these tablets do a good job at keeping me regular.

Great to keep you regular
