Pointless
They are 15% daily Potassium per 3 tablets, its almost meaningless and I only bought them as I misread and thought it was 15% per tablet

Good quality
I take potassium supplements due to being asthmatic as my inhalers lower my potassium levels,and have tried others from other supplies but these are the best and definitely work as I have blood tests to prove it

Far more convenient than the coconut water, pomegranate juice and bananas I was having to have to top up my potassium to help with workout recovery! Goes Well With:Tabs so not relavent
