Perfect for taking on a workout
The clear whey is perfect to take with you for a workout as it is basically like squash. I've found it's worth using the bigger shaker to make sure there is space to shake it up, otherwise it doesn't always mix the best, some of the flavours I prefer with slightly more water than recommended.

Lovely alternative to whey protein
Easy to drink. Lovely taste, however takes awhile to settle before drinking. Make the night before. Goes Well With:Water and creatine
