It just works!
Nothing fancy. Mixes well. Gives extra water to your muscles. Helps you recover. Simples. Make sure you drink as I find I flag if I don’t drink at least 2l water when I take it. Another sign it does what it should!! Goes Well With:Protein or juice

Great product. Absolutely tasteless if you go none flavoured and really easy to mix into any drink. I usually just mix with a small amount of water and neck it with breakfast. Great product and as a completely new lifter trying to shift some fat and gain some muscle, I’ve really noticed a difference with strength and shape of my arms and chest. Goes Well With:Water, Whey, anything!

Getting really great results from using this. Did loading phase and now down to 5gs a day. Makes 250gs go a long way for the money. No issues with taste or mixability. I just add it to my first protein shake of the day. Excellent all round!Goes Well With:Whey protein
