What are Pro Bar Elite Bars?

Our newly formulated Pro Bar Elite Bars are a convenient, great tasting and nutritious protein snack. We specifically reformulated our original High Pro Deluxe bars, so that each 70g bar is packed with an impressive 26g of high quality protein, derived from a blend of whey protein concentrate and milk proteins, making it an ideal nutritious snack between meals. This is not your typical high protein bar, we have specifically transformed the nutritional profile to ensure that we offer a high quality, indulgent, low sugar high protein bar.

We recognise that it may be tough to take on extra protein with the chaotic lifestyles faced by many people today. It is easy to rely on nutritionally poor, quick fix snacks or even worse, skip a meal. We have formulated the Pro Bar Elite so they are convenient and fit into pockets, bags, car glove compartments etc. making sure your protein demands are met no matter what your circumstances.

Every Protein Bar Elite has 22g of carbs, helping to fuel² your performance in the gym, on the track, or on the pitch. Plus, they’ve been batch tested by Informed-Sport and is officially safe for professional athletes of all levels.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
