Our protein dessert is specifically designed to contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Simply try adding 2 large scoops (50g) into a Myprotein shaker with 150-250ml water or milk and shake until a smooth consistency is achieved. Best served chilled, so preferrablly leave to sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
