What is Protein Flapjack Mix?

Protein Flapjack Mix forms part of our new Bake at Home range, giving you the green light to make your own indulgent high protein flapjacks! With the Bake at Home range, we’ve taken the hassle and confusion out of cooking with protein and provided a ready-blended mix that is super easy to make. Simply follow the recipe, step by step, and watch your taste buds melt in delight when your baking tray hosts 8-12 delicious flapjacks.

Who is Protein Flapjack Mix suitable for?

This dry cooking mix is suitable for individuals of all ages looking to get started in the world of high protein baking. Each 200g pack produces 8-12 delicious flapjacks (depending on how large you make them) and each 20g serving of powder packs in over 7g of protein. Using our Protein Flapjack Mix enables you to show off your amazing baking skills to friends and family whilst enjoying a nutritious tasty snack. This pre-mix is low in sugar, and suitable for the vegetarian diet and high in protein, providing over 71g per 200g mix.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Mixing Instructions

*Please take note that the recommended temperature setting may differ depending on the type and efficiency of the oven or microwave used.
1. Pre heat oven to 170-180C / 350F
2. Add 200g of premix to 50g melted Myprotein coconut oil
3. Gently fold in 2 tbsp of honey or golden syrup
4. Finally stir in 4 tbsp of cow milk or nut milk
5. Stir the ingedients together until mixed well
6. Line a medium depth baking tin or tray with grease proof paper and Myprotein Coconut oil
7. Add the tray to the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes
8. *Perfect for a pre training snack !
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside and active lifestyle and a balanced diet.
