Useful to add fibre
4Useful product of you want to add fibre to your normal diet. Mixes fine with a smoothie but wouldn’t drink it by itself! Good productGoes Well With:Any type of protein if mixed in a smoothie

5I ordered 2 bags I use it in smoothies cookies oatbakes etc. Gives a nice texture without funny taste. Goes Well With:Smoothies , brownies any cakes or cookies.

Flax Seed Powder
5Great product. Mixes well in any Shake and tastes good too. Ideal way to get extra fibre in your Shake. Used in some recipes that needed Flax too and the results were great. Goes Well With:Chocolate shake with My protein peanut powder.
