Pleasantly Surprised
I am very pleased with this product being on a return to the gym after an absence due to covid. It is helping greatly with my recovery to where I was before my time with covid. If you want to gain weight then use weight gainer! Everyone’s always talking about losing weight but for some people like me gaining weight is beneficial for performance in the gym. This has made a huge difference and added 5kg which I thought would be impossible Goes Well With:Milk
