Needed a shaker but as I've broken so many in past I don't like to spend to much, this shaker was a good price and on arrival yeah its a shaker works well for mixing, it doesn't leak and even better I aint broke it yet :) it's does what it says on the tin at a price that's amazing and good for your pocket. I'm happy to use again and if/when I break it I'll buy another :)

Nice and quite small. Perfect for a protein on the go

The container may hold 400ml but it won't mix it very well. I'd suggest 350ml or even 300ml max for effective mixing

Really easy and convenient to carry around, particularly when using the clip on the side. The cup you can attach to the base of the bottle is also so handy. And I personallyy think it looks better than the clear ones. Really happy I invested in it!

great with the mixing part it mixes really well and the extra bit is very useful when needing to go somewhere without taking all your protein

Excellent slim size, perfect for in the car or pop in the bag. Absolutely love the added container at the bottom and haven't had any problems with it coming off /leaking. However the lid has popped open a couple times, so watch out for that. Luckily it only had water in at the time!
