Love these!
I actually really enjoy these protein gels. They are so much easier and nicer than any of the protein shakes I have tried and I quite like the sour taste. Also much faster than trying to drink a shake and no struggling trying to mix powders. 100% would recommend

Tasty Quick Protein if you like a sour & sweet tropical taste
Doesn't really taste like yoghurt tbf its more of like a smoothie drink and to think it has 20g of protein in a pouch is really great for helping me to reach my macros :DGoes Well With:nothing icl cus its good on its own. i wouldn't mix it with anything

Fastest protein method
The fastest way I know of getting 20g protein into the body and being a type 1 diabetic means the lower carb compared to the recovery gel minimises the post workout glucose spike too The only thing is it can taste very bitter, but after a few times using it both me and my training partner got used to it and didn't taste as badGoes Well With:A hectic lifestyle
