Not the biggest fan - But it is not bad!!
Compared to the Impact protein or the Whey + this one scored the lowest in my eyes. The flavours available are not for everyone - I don't personally like chocolate flavoured protein powder in general and the cookies and cream although tasty feels like nothing special. I must say though, that this is the first brand of protein powders that I have tried recently that doesn't have an artificial taste (or after taste) to any of the varieties tried, That said, I'd buy if either the impact of the whey+ I was looking for weren't available, as it definitely works for what we wanted it for (as a breakfast meal replacement).

My new protein
I bought samples of various protein powders from my protein, including The Whey in cookies & cream. The reason behind the purchase was I was looking for a new protein powered as the current brand I buy is very expensive and they now only sell 2 flavors. Out of 6 brands I have only found 1 protein powder I can drink! I wasn’t looking forward to trying a new powder. When I got my order I tried one of the impact whey samples and liked it. The whey was the 2nd sample I tried and when I mixed it up I was skeptical because the smell reminded me of all the brands I didn’t like. I was surprised to find that I liked the taste and finished the shake. Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk

Superb tasting
Chocolate 8/10 Strawberry 10/10 Vanilla Creme 10/10 - bought a large Strawberry Milkshake after trying as was so impressed - biggest disappointment is they don’t actually stock the Vanilla?! So why sell the sample?? All mix well and taste great - long term it’s too early to tell the benefits but I’m hoping this particular whey will do the job as it will be my go to for now. Goes Well With:Skimmed Milk

Great protein
I moved to The Whey from the Impact Whey - just to try it - and I love it. No issues with Impact Whey generally, but The Whey is just better. It mixes really well and the salted caramel flavour tastes so good. I have noticed I am recovering better from my workouts as well so would definitely recommend this to all.Goes Well With:Water, milk or Greek yoghurt

Delicious
Hands down, the best tasting protein powder i have ever tasted, was kind of sad when it was over. Had to shake it for a few minutes, but it eventually mixed, and was not grainy.
