Good B12
5I have been taking vitamin B12 for a while now. It helps me sleep. I really like the vitamin B12 from myprotein. Nice and small and easy to swallow. I should like the price and the fact I can order them with my protein.

5After years and years of suffering with really bad ulcers and getting run down easily I was advised to try B12 after only 3 weeks of taking them I can totally feel a difference i no longer feel lethargic on an afternoon and fingers crossed no ulcers just yet! I was getting them atleast once every 4-6 weeks all the way down my throat and mouth was covered. Fingers crossed these are working!
