Usually I don’t leave reviews but I’ve found this to be a game changer really helps you keep your size especially when mixed with other supplements if you hit the weights hard with this supplement you will see big improvements I found it took about 4-6 weeks before I saw an improvement as it needed to get into my system but overall very happy Goes Well With: I mix with squash and water as well as creatine and beta alanine for a good pre workout mix!
