I really like it
I eat my protein powders by mixing them with plain yogurt (So ignore this review if you only consume the powder in a shake) and I can say that the strawberry cream flavor is so good, it’s top tier for me. As for the vanilla I would say it’s ok, not the best vanilla flavor I’ve tried but also not the worst. I eat it with mix of fruits like blueberries, bananas, kiwi, persimmon etc. and it tastes great. But the strawberry cream is a chef kiss for me.

Flavours
I like the composition of this product but I’m not good with flavours, I can’t tolerate anything other than plain unflavoured or possibly vanilla for any length of time, I’ve thrown out every flavour I’ve tried within weeks of opening them. Sorry to be pain lol. Dave

Best protein blend on the market
Been using Total Protein since 2014. It’s been my everyday go to protein shake for breakfast or meal replacement shakes when I haven’t prepped a whole food meal. I have used all flavours and they taste great. My go to flavour for the past 3-4 years has been vanilla as I use the flavdrops to switch up the taste. As it has 7 different types of protein sources you get a drip feed of amino acids until your next eating window which is great. This is a stable part of my nutrition.

Best stuff so far
For most of my life I’ve struggled to gain weight and muscle. Tried many protein shakes but could never manage to stick at it due to either taste, mix ability or results. However lately I decided to really give it a go and wanted something that provided an all round shake which this definitely does! Mixes great! Tastes great and I can see results ( although not big gains just yet but definite improvements ). Would highly recommend this product to anyone unsure of where to start Goes Well With: Milk or water, I’ve been trialing mixing with milk in the morning after breakfast then mixing with water after a workout.

Best protein blend on the market
Been using Total Protein since it’s been on the market and haven’t swapped since. Mixed best when blended in a shaker obviously but when out in the road and have to shake manually it’s never had lumps even with a big portion like 50g with milk. I’ve had all flavours and banana flavour is my least favourite but that’s personal pretence. I’ve been using vanilla for the past couple of years as I use the flavour drops as well to mix up the flavour. Compared to other companies for nutrition content and price this is best value. Goes Well With: Frozen berries, milk and peanut butter.
