Bought these last month so I thought I would wait to give them a chance to see how good they really are and I have too say they are amazing I use them for everything to help my grip strength as I am an mma fighter and they also build a lot of good muscle so I have the best of both worlds Honestly if you are serious about your training give these a go you won’t be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️❤️ But remember they are no good for ego lifters Goes Well With: Any type of training they are that good
