I actually really enjoy these protein gels. They are so much easier and nicer than any of the protein shakes I have tried and I quite like the sour taste. Also much faster than trying to drink a shake and no struggling trying to mix powders. 100% would recommend

Doesn't really taste like yoghurt tbf its more of like a smoothie drink and to think it has 20g of protein in a pouch is really great for helping me to reach my macros :D Goes Well With: nothing icl cus its good on its own. i wouldn't mix it with anything
