This is the best recovery protein powder I’ve found. I’m intolerant to oats & allergic to lactose so this is one of the only powders I can drink & it does the trick. I really can tell if I skip this after a workout as my muscles feel a lot more sore than if I’ve drunk it. 10/10 would recommend. Goes Well With: banana, soy or coconut milk and vegan chocolate spread blended together.

Followed the label (when I could find it in the small print) mixed it in a nutri bullet with water and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Flavour is very nice! Not too strong on the cinnamon and the banana masks the active ingredients pretty well. Texture wise is the standard total recovery slightly gritty vibe but infinitely better if you chuck in half a fresh banana and a dollop of smooth nut butter.  Goes Well With: A good smash up on the bike! Any of the veloforte bars.
